Sandy McLeod, CLUMC Wesley Nurse, is sincerely committed to our community in promoting better health for the body as well as better health for the mind and spirit. If you or a family member is concerned about diabetics, hypertension or just life in general please feel free to come by the church. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can. If you need to have your blood pressure checked regularly, we can help. Do you have a friend with chronic conditions? Do you need to temporarily borrow a wheel chair, walker, or crutches? Do you need Meals on Wheels to be delivered to your home? What every your needs, our goal is to help you and your loved ones find the right solutions for better physical, mental and spiritual health.

Maybe you need to just get out and be social. Our low impact Exercise Class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 am. will give your body a lift as well as lift your spirit, and the classes are free! Does Line Dancing sound more your style, then come Wednesdays at 2:30 pm. for the dance classes. They’re free too! Starting in September come and enjoy free dinners in the church fellowship hall on Souper Wednesdays at 5:00 pm. You can also enjoy other activities if you choose.
